Alongside the three headline products, Veytech manufactures the pulleys, rollers and conveyor hardware that sites need to keep belts running, supplied to drawings or designed by us from the problem you describe.

  • Pulleys. Drive, tail, bend and snub pulleys with dimple ceramic lagging for wet, high-tension drives, rubber lagging, or plain finish; shafts and bearing assemblies to suit.
  • Rollers and idlers. Servo rollers, belt-forming rollers, impact, carry and return rollers in the diameters and shell lengths your idler sets need.
  • Clamp-on guide roller assemblies. A serrated clamp plate grips the existing stringer or post with two bolts, and a slotted arm carries a crowned steel roller that can be set against the belt edge. Fitted where wander is damaging skirts and structure, with no cutting, drilling or welding.
  • Mechanical design. Custom frames, guards, transfer and retrofit hardware engineered by Veytech and delivered as fabrication drawings or finished assemblies.

Clamp-on guide roller assemblies

Two parts: a serrated clamp block that bites onto the stringer flange or post and is pulled up with two high-tensile bolts, and a folded bracket with a slotted mount that carries a crowned roller. The slot sets the roller's stand-off from the belt edge; the clamp lets the whole assembly be moved along the conveyor to where the belt is wandering. No drilling or welding of the structure, so it can be fitted during a running shift and repositioned as the belt settles. Supplied as matched pairs with fasteners.

Mechanical design capability

Veytech's engineers design conveyor components and assemblies from the problem outwards: site survey and measurement, 3D design and FEA where loads demand it, fabrication drawings, and manufacture through our own workshop and partners. Typical work includes retrofit tramp-detector frames and mounting steel, chute and transfer hardware, guards, belt-testing fixtures and one-off assemblies for shutdown scopes.
